Privacy Policy

Last Updated: July 31, 2026

Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data Voicebre Systems collects and how we use it.

Data We Collect

We collect data in two ways:

  • Analytics Data: If you accept analytics cookies, we collect usage data through Google Analytics 4 — the pages you view, referring website, approximate location, device and browser type, and your IP address — to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. Google Analytics derives your approximate location from your IP address and does not store the IP address itself.
  • Contact Information: If you use the contact form, we collect your company name, contact person, email address, phone number (optional), the project description you write, and the budget range you select, so that we can assess and respond to your enquiry. We store this in Google Firestore and keep it for as long as we are in contact about the project, and for up to two years afterwards. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

How We Use Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. This site sets analytics cookies only after you accept them in the cookie banner; if you decline, Google Analytics is never loaded. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer.

  • Essential Cookies: These are necessary for the website to function correctly.
  • Analytics Cookies: Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) to distinguish returning visitors and measure how the site is used. They expire after up to two years.

You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. To opt out of Google Analytics on every website, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Third-Party Services

We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure website traffic. Google processes this data as described in the Google Privacy Policy, and data may be transferred to servers outside the European Economic Area. We do not process payments directly on this site.

Data Protection

We will never sell your personal data. We take reasonable measures to protect your information. As a data subject under GDPR, you have rights regarding your data, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information.

If you have any questions, please contact us via the contact form.
